- Yograj Bhat too has been paid the highest renumeration in Kannada Film industry at 65 lakhs for Direction/Story/Screenplay/Dialogues of Gaalipata with a further bonus of 35 lakhs, should the film cross Rs 8 crore mark
- During the Audio release of the movie, guests were given the album CD enclosed in a Kite, now thats what I call as passion! !
- Cameraman Ratnavelu's earlier venture in Kannada, the movie Cyanide was selected for London Film Festival! !

+ves: movie is good, extremely well applied cinematography, and good narration, shows a simple story can be narrated different to reach people, happy to say kannada movies are getting back their charm and the intricate works not going waste. Do watch such movies to encourage good works, u definitely wont get bored in the movie atleast til the last half hour or better put til the climax. Ganesh is occupied through out the movie, fillled with dialogues, some times un-necessary, but has a great timing with humour,hey!!!! u shud not miss one man who steals the show even though he appears only for ten mins max in the movie that is rangayana raghu. He is hillarious and stands to the character he is given. location: very proud to say karnataka has the best of locations and director has used the best of it, hurraih, u saved lot of money there instead of running to some foriegn countries and making us feel we live in some dirty area.
-ves: movie ends very abruptly coz daisy bopannnas emotions are not wel described to the extent ganesh's character explains, if she was considered his pair, she must have justified her liking towards the hero, which was very abrupt and dint stand to her mindset to what she claims, wel am lookin for logic unwantedly in movies. irony of the movie rajesh krishnan has not sung even a single song in the movie even after being one of the lead roles, sounds strange, but its true.
others: rest of the cast have done the best. keep it up for the whole team.
director job has being the best. but do try to make use of kannada talents in the movie, such as singers. makes a lot of diff in the pronounciation and clarity of the singing,
but great job.

I think this is one of the best Kannada movies i have watched offlate.. I felt Gaaalipta is better than Mungaaru Male.. I was a person who used to never watch kannada movies for obvious reasons but nowadays i enjoy just watching them.... Ganesh really rocks becos of his natural acting skills.. Overall Gaaalipata superagi ide... I want to ask everyone to watch this movie!! Yellaru nodi Gaaalipatana yashavi maadabeku.....
